Eric's 4 Points
- Be Punctual, which means, be here prior to your shift starting in case you are needed earlier than posted. Before you clock in, make sure you are ready to work which means, your entire uniform is on; Shirt, Hat/Visor and Apron are on and your hands are washed, only then are you ready to clock in.
- When there are no customers CLEAN something. Always clean where the customer can see and where they cannot see. IF YOU HAVE TIME TO LEAN, YOU HAVE TIME TO CLEAN…
- Always work with Urgency. If there are only 1-2 customers in the dining area or 30, you should ALWAYS hustle, this is a good habit to get into and the customers appreciate fast service.
- Be Responsible! There will be times you will be scheduled and might have to miss vacations/holidays/events, etc. that is the responsibility of having a job.
