Our Story
Kainoa’s Hawaiian Grill began in the small town of Thatcher, Arizona, with a simple idea: bring the flavors and spirit of Hawaii to our community.
Founded by Eric and Malia Blair, Kainoa’s started by putting a unique spin on Hawaiian-inspired food, creating recipes and sauces that blend island flavors with the tastes people love on the mainland. What began as a small local restaurant quickly became a favorite gathering place for families, friends, and anyone looking for something fresh, flavorful, and a little different.
As Kainoa’s grew, so did the desire to share that experience beyond Thatcher. While we’ve grown, the heart of Kainoa’s hasn’t changed. We believe good food should bring people together, and that every guest should feel a little bit of the Aloha spirit when they walk through our doors.
From our original home in Thatcher to every Kainoa’s location today, we're grateful for the communities that have made us part of their story.
